Terms and Conditions

All new parts have the manufacturer warranty and used parts have a 45 day warranty unless stated otherwise. In the event parts need to be returned, please call for return authorization. No returns on used parts after 20 days of invoicing. No returns accepted without prior authorization and a copy of the invoice.

Returns will be accepted only if they are returned totally assembled. Items disassembled will not be accepted. All items are inspected before shipping and will be re-inspected before settlement.

Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. All return items must be shipped to us prepaid. However, if the error is ours, the restocking fee will not apply and shipping charges will gladly be refunded.

Core returns will be given full credit within 60 days of purchase with core return slip. If all parts you received are not returned, only half of your core charge will be refunded unless pre-authorized.

If your receive a damaged package please report the damage to your carrier immediately.
